It is 2 3/8″ in diameter and has a 7 1/2″ circumference. During my first session with it I warmed up with a standard butt plug and the Njoy wand hoping I would be able to slide this in easily.  Boy was I wrong!  I inserted it about 3/4 of the way in and I could not get it any further. The good news is that the fullness and pressure was so wonderful that I shot my load so hard that I surprised myself.

After a few more failed attempts to insert the Sexy Spade all the way I decided to try my luck with the medium size.  I was able to insert this easily and it provides a very full sensation.  I normally like my plugs/massagers longer but this is a great toy to have in your arsenal to mix things up a bit.  I will continue trying to get the large all the way inserted and I will post an update once I accomplish this monumental feat.  If you are experienced with anal play I would highly recommend undertaking this challenge for yourself!

Update:

I finally got it in last night after warming up for about an hour with smaller prostate massagers and a butt plug!  I stayed relaxed the entire time and once it was all the way in the fullness and stretching sensation was beyond words! Once it was inserted past the large bulb the thick stem felt amazing and stretched me more than ever before!  I’m getting an erection just thinking about it.  Fantastic,  I will try again in the near future.  The Sexy Spade is now a mainstay in my collection.

Second Update:

I am now able to insert all the way during each session I use it.  Like I said earlier the key is to stay relaxed and not force it.  Once inserted I explode every time almost instantly.  Well worth the commitment to use this toy.

I would recommend warming up with another toy before inserting this one since it is wider than the standard massager.  I would classify the width as just right and it provides a very full feeling without stretching you too much.  My one concern was that the handle at the end could get “lost” once inserted but after several uses this has not been a problem. Icicles has a slight curve, not as aggressive as the pfun, but it still hits the prostate just right.

This is also a great toy to pull out right at climax since the wide base and the stretching feeling it causes will multiply the intensity times 10.  If you are a beginner there are better prostate massagers to start with, but if you are an intermediate or advanced user this will be a great addition to your collection and is highly recommended.

Update: The more I use Icicles #14 the more I like it.  Every session with it is unique and it has caused me to have some seriously strong orgasms.  My favorite technique is to pull it out so that the widest part is halfway inserted, I then contract to pull it in and it takes the sensation against my prostate to a new level.  The first time I did this I came so quick and hard that I surprised myself and I didn’t have time to grab my towel!

Oh my god!  That is the best way to describe the njoy Pure Wand.  I did not know what to expect when I purchased this since I could not find much info about it online.  The length and size  definitely intrigued me so I decided to make the investment.  And trust me this is definitely an investment because this is the most expensive prostate massager on the market. But after just one session I can tell you this – it is worth every single penny.

I’ll start by describing the material. The Pure Wand is made of solid stainless steel so that means you can cool it, or warm it whatever your preference may be. It is also very heavy which gives it a life of it’s own once you get going.  I’ve had the experience with some massagers where I didn’t feel like it actually made contact with the prostate, fortunately you will not have to worry about this with the njoy Pure Wand. Because of the extraordinary length you can insert it as deep as you want and the curve ensures you will hit your prostate.  Each end of the Pure Wand has a bulb, one is small and one is large, so depending on your experience level or what you are in the mood for -  this toy is suitable for any occasion.

During the times I’ve used it, I like to start with the small end and then take it out and insert the large end. I also prefer to use this while sitting in a chair and let me be the first to tell you that I’ve never felt this level of sensation from any other massager.  It instantly gave me a rock hard erection! The pure wand does not require much movement but when you have it in just right from the sitting position, if you twist it slightly from side to side the filling is indescribable.  In fact it was so intense I had to slow down or I would’ve blown my load almost immediately.  If I only have time for a quick session this is great because I can cum harder and faster than with any other toy if that is what the occasion calls for. This has now become hands-down my favorite massager and I recommend it for both beginners and seasoned veterans.

Not much else to say here since I agree 100% with this review.  The njoy Pure Wand is the most versatile prostate massager in my collection and hands down the best in my opinion. If I am warming up, or just looking to have a longer session I will just barely insert the smaller end.  If I am going for an intense, full blown session I will insert the larger end deeply so that it comes in direct contact with the prostrate.  The fullness and the weight has to be experienced first hand.

Believe me this can cause intense orgasms and has caused me to explode before I could grab my towel more than once!  If you ever get involuntary contractions with this inserted hold on for the ride of your life! It may sound cliche’ but if I was stuck on a desert island and could only have one prostate massager the njoy Pure Wand would be my #1 choice hands down.

My favorite position is to lean back in a chair with this fully inserted but it is also fun to  insert it half way to change the sensation and the feeling of fullness.  Once you get the involuntary clenches going watch out because you are in for a wild ride.  The Progasm Ice is easy to clean and is truly a work of art.

This has to be experienced to believe it. Just remember that patience and perseverance are the key. I rate this a 10 out of 10.

After using prostate massagers for a few years I decided to take the plunge and try a butt plug. Up to this point the widest toy that I had used was the Aneros Progasm so I decided to try a medium size plug to be on the safe side. The Doc Johnson butt plug is a 1-3/4″ diameter at its widest point which was not at all intimidating. It is made out of a rubbery resin that is fairly flexible and has a flared base. To warm up and relax I used the Aneros Helix for about 5 minutes before attempting to insert the plug. After applying generous amounts of lube it went in fairly easily.

The feeling of fullness was very different that the prostate massagers that I am used to but it was fantastic. Since it was so well lubed a spun it around 360 degrees while masturbating and the feeling was amazing. I actually had to take a break so that I would not climax too soon. Another trick is to pull this out right at the time of climax and your orgasm will be through the roof. I had to do everything I could not to make too much noise and alert my wife to what I was doing. During some sessions I pulled down on the plug slightly to apply more pressure to my prostate.  I am definitely glad that I decided to experiment with a butt plug and since I got the medium one I may try out a larger size in the near future.

I highly recommend this butt plug and believe it is a good addition to any collection of prostate massagers.  (8/10)

As a self-described prostate massage expert and veteran all I can say is that I love the good old-fashioned butt plug.  It took me about 2 years of using various prostate massagers before I decided to try it out and I have never looked back. When inserting it, it is very important to use a large amount of your favorite lubricant.  It is also important to relax and not force it in but to breathe deeply and insert slowly.  During some of my more intense masturbation sessions I will start out with the Pfun, go to the Helix, then go the Progasm, and cap it off with the plug.  Right at climax I sometime pull out the butt plug or push it out and the orgasm is beyond words.  So all I can say is try it out.  Life is too short!

The second large “bulb” was just to wide for me and even getting to that point was very uncomfortable.  I actually ended up throwing this one away after 2 failed sessions.  Unless you are extremely experienced with these devices, or no something that I don’t, I recommend avoiding this one at all cost.  The Rude Boy may be a better choice since it is not as wide but I have not tried it yet.

If you want a wide prostate massager that feels great I highly recommend the Progasm.

The Aneros Helix is one of  the first prostate massager that I ever used and it is great for novices and experienced users. It has a less aggressive angle compared to other models but it still makes solid contact with the prostate. Due to it’s smaller size and width it is easy to insert when lube is liberally applied.  The key is to relax when you insert it and make sure that the perineum tab is positioned properly.

The Aneros line of toys is supposed to allow for the elusive hands free orgasm for males. I have yet to experience this but the journey has been one hell of a ride. Once you start clinching your PC muscles it feels soooo good.  After much practice you may experience involuntary contractions which feel amazing because the Helix is doing all the work at that point and the orgasms will be some of the strongest you have ever experienced. Be prepared to ejaculate more volume than ever with this device.

The Helix is also great to use when having sex with your partner.  I wear this frequently when having sex with my wife and the ptab and the pressure on my prostate make for some very intense sessions.  It really helped spice up our bed room more than I thought was possible.  It also makes me harder which my wife just loves.

I will be the first to admit that I am very familiar with anal penetration but I had never used a sex toy designed for prostate massage before.  So I decided to try out the Aneros Helix to see what everyone is talking about.  My first impression was that it was oddly shaped and a little small compared to a standard butt plug.  So I put some lube on the toy and gently pushed it toward my unsuspecting prostate. The pfun prostate massager is a thing of beauty compared to other massagers.  It is crafted out of solid stainless steel and it is HEAVY.  If you use too much lube it will slip right out from the weight alone.   This is the only downside and based on the toe-curling orgasms it can induce this is a minor inconvenience at best. From the minute you open the package you will know this is a luxury item as it comes in a very attractive case similar to a jewelery box. It is more aggressively curved compared to the Anerox Helix or Progasm which makes for a different experience compared to them.

Since it is metal not much lube is needed and it slides right with no problem at all. Because of the weight it provides a very full feeling similar to a medium sized butt plug. It is because of the size and weight that I would not recommend the pfun for beginners, but if you are comfortable with prostate massage this will be a welcome addition to your collection. The best position I enjoyed while using the pfun plug is laying on my side while contracting my sphincter muscles. The pressure it places on your prostate is unbelievable and it make me extremely hard.  Compared to other massagers the Pfun is expensive, but if you like to experiment with anal play , the Njoy Pfun plug is money well spent.  It is also a cinch to clean since it is solid metal and you can tell this will last a lifetime.

Follow Up:

After a year this is now one of my favorite massagers.  I usually start each session with this one and I run it under warm water for a great warming sensation during use.  It also feels good when it is slightly cool. No other massager can match the feeling of weight that this causes and I love the aggressive curve.  I now consider this a must buy! (9/10)
